I make complex software simpler, faster, smarter, and more delightful. I design for people doing demanding work: contact center agents, financial analysts, and the teams behind them. I led Service Cloud UX at Salesforce and have run my own design practice since 2014. Today I also build, prototyping in code and shipping my own products.

Beyond the screen, I illustrate and write through Numyum, and I'm studying architecture, carrying forward the same focus on systems, structure, and human impact.

• Defined the multi-channel agent workspace unifying phone, email, chat, and knowledge
