JLL's commercial leasing brokers were using an outdated CRM that needed a complete overhaul. The goal was to build an intuitive, modern CRM with rich company data on leases and properties for brokers representing tenants, landlords, or both.
Project Scope and Process
This four-month engagement began with several weeks of interviewing brokers nationwide to understand their needs and workflows. Key objectives included:
Streamlining Data Access: Creating a more efficient, valuable experience by surfacing relevant lease data and key contacts while eliminating clutter from outdated information. The goal was to allow brokers to spend less time hunting for information and more time engaging with clients and making strategic decisions.
Scalable Design System: A responsive interface expanding into multiple panels on larger screens while ensuring all functionality remains accessible on mobile.
Mobile-First Efficiency: Prioritizing quick sharing and efficient access for brokers on the go.
