- Oversee all interaction design projects for the Service Cloud products, including Knowledge, Agent Console, Cases, and Customer Support Portal. Provide overall design direction and team leadership for all assigned designers.
- Envision, conceptualize, and design the next-generation customer support application. Redefine the end-to-end problem-solving user experience. Socialize the self-service support model by integrating the user community and support representatives. Pitch ideas to executives and evangelize the project throughout the company. Prototype and test possible interaction scenarios to produce the best solution.
